The research degree journey can be a lonely one, possibly double lonely in a pandemic. Thus, connecting and talking about what COVID is doing to us emotionally is important.

If you want to talk about these issues, come to the 'PGR Led Coffee & Cake Chat' space. This is a space to share how you feel and how you are coping. It's an opportunity to listen and understand and be understood.

Join Nicola, an off-campus PhD Life Sciences student, in an informal meeting for peer to peer mutual support.

Tuesdays at 10am (BST).
