This workshop introduces the CEG Digital Pedagogic Framework used by CEG Learning Designers to guide and support academics in the design and development of weekly online learning materials. The CEG Digital Pedagogic Framework is based on the Course Design Sprint Framework (CoDesignS) originally developed at the University of Liverpool.

The CoDesignS Framework has been developed to support and facilitate scalable Learning Design by combining not only the technologic composition of learning activities but also practical Learning Design guidance in an experiential way.

The pedagogic composition of CoDesignS is based on the Blended Learning Design Framework (BLEnDT©) developed at Imperial College London. This workshop will involve all attendees applying the CEG Pedagogic Framework to create a series of online activities, reflecting on the level of knowledge and skills applied. Several examples from the current online programmes being developed at the University of Hull will be presented.

All the activities suggested by the CEG Pedagogic Framework are mapped to the AdvanceHE (formerly Higher Education Academy) UK Professional Standards Framework (UKPSF).
