We now have Canvas and Panopto available across campus, but there is a lot more we can do than just lecture capture. As the winner of this year's SLTA Innovative Teaching Award, I will be sharing some practical hints and tips on how to use Canvas, Panopto and other digital tools to both enhance the student experience and save valuable academic time! This interactive workshop will help you identify ways to better use our digital resources in your own teaching, and consider how best to blend in-person teaching with the virtual learning environment. The focus will be on empowering staff to find the right tool for their situation, and to have the confidence to experiment with digital approaches to teaching. Whether you are already digitally proficient or a bit of a technophobe, this session should give you some practical tools for enhancing your teaching, and will be relevant to anyone who teaches on campus.
