This session is to explore the use of Lego™ Serious Play™ in developing and enhancing communication. It is relevant for staff to give everyone a voice, and also supports team building and problem solving in teams. An additional feature is that it supports individuals and teams to think creatively through the use of Lego™ bricks as metaphors. By using the Lego, staff may be able to transfer their ideas for developing their teaching practice and utilise the methodology of Serious Play™ for activities with their students.
