Event description

Part of the OpenCampus 'Reflections on Gender and Sexuality' Tea-Time Talk Series for Pride 50 week.

Rev Dr Chris Dowd is a minister in the United Reformed Church and also part of the Chaplaincy Team. He is currently co-writing a book on the pastoral care for transgender and non-binary Christians which will be published next March. Chris is an energetic speaker who both informs and challenges in equal measure.  If the last talk that Chris gave at the University is anything to go by you will leave feeling energised and intellectually inspired! Chris is a strong advocate for LGBT rights within and outside his own religious denomination.

The Wilberforce Building is located on the Cottingham Road Campus of the University -  to find the University on a sat-nav, our postcode is HU6 7RX.
