Make an Appointment -

Make an appointment in 3 steps. Step 1: Select a staff member. Step 2: Select an available date. Step 3: Select an available timeslot.

The Library will be providing click & collect services every Tuesday and Friday.

Click & collect services are bookable from 12:00-17:00.  You must reserve any materials you wish to collect a minimum of 12 hours prior to your appointment.  You may return items as part of this appointment.  Reservations must be completed through the Search the Library page.

Book returns no longer need to be booked and can be made at the south entrance to the Library (cafe side) Monday-Friday 09:30-16:30. The building will not be accessible on 5th & 7th August  and 11th-14th August, however, you can still reach us on those days through Live Chat and Self Service Portal.

Please enter through the south entrance, near the Library cafe.

A member of staff will be located inside the entrance.  They will direct you to where to pick up reservations and drop off any materials.  Please observe social distancing during your visit.  Face coverings are recommended.

Toilet facilities will be available. We ask that you do not attend any appointments if feeling unwell or having any symptoms of Covid-19.
