Event description

Event description

This workshop is a structured, participant-centred, hands-on ‘taster’ of the CAIeRO learning design process that we use at the University of Northampton. CAIeRO (elsewhere known as Carpe Diem) is a well-researched and well-rehearsed team approach to programme or module design and assessment. Key stages of CAIeRO will be demonstrated, with participants in the role of academic course teams. The main deliverables of the session will be a draft storyboard for a specific blended learning course, and an action plan. Participants should expect an opportunity to experiment with this intervention and reflect on its possible application in their own academic environments. Come prepared to work, not be lectured at!
